What are Ground Screws?

Ground screws are big screws of various sizes that are installed to ensure all timber is elevated to avoid any rotting.

What are the benefits?

There are many! We can build on these screws immediately! with traditional concrete footings, we would have to wait a few days for the footing to cure enough to take the load. Each screw that gets installed is set at a load weight of 2 tonne. These screws are expected to last 76 years, and with no chemicals from concrete it means its the most eco friendly option!
