This was a front facing deck onto a prominent corner. Due to the deck being a new structure, over 300mm in height and looking over properties, the customer had to obtain planning permission to complete the works. Due to the traffic below, the customer opted for a tinted balustrade and used as much of the approved area as possible to take advantage of the views to Mumbles The work involved included: Ground Screw base TrexProtect Joist Tape Trex Transcend Decking Boards Tinted glass balustrade Bespoke Tap and Die Balustrade posts Area: 72 m2 Approx Cost: £32,000.00
